Community-funded · one transparent rule

Help keep CursorCast free. Lead with one donation.

The highest single confirmed donation earns the featured Top Donor placement on the site and the donor logo watermark in future free recordings.

Verified checkout is being connected. No payment or ranking claim is accepted until the provider confirms it.

How ranking works

Single payments. Clear winner. No hidden top-ups.

  1. 01

Each confirmed donation stands alone. Multiple donations never add together for ranking.

  2. 02

A new donation must be at least $1 above the current winner. An equal donation does not replace the earlier winner.

  3. 03

Logo, title, and website must be approved before they can appear. A pending creative never displaces the current winner.

  4. 04

A refund, partial refund, dispute, or chargeback removes that payment and restores the next valid winner.

What the placement includes

One approved logo, a short title, a safe website link, and a privacy-preserving count labeled “Verified outbound clicks.” Recognition is opt-in, and logo, title, and destination changes require review. The placement recognizes support; it is not a CursorCast endorsement, a claim of tax deductibility, or a guarantee of a minimum display period.

Clicks are deduplicated with a keyed one-way digest of the winning placement, day, and network address. Raw addresses are not stored, and deduplication records expire after seven days.
